These are the rules governing all promotions and giveaways aired on SportsTownchicago.com/TheEDGEOAIR.com/EvolutionPOP.com, and the social media outlets owned and operated by SportsTownchicago.com/TheEDGEOAIR.com/EvolutionPOP.com, and the Illinois Media School-Lombard Campus. Wherever the words SportsTownchicago.com/TheEDGEOAIR.com/EvolutionPOP.com, appear in these rules, they include the business entity to which the station is licensed, any member companies, parent corporations, and affiliates. 1. No purchase is necessary to participate in any SportsTownchicago.com/TheEDGEOAIR.com/EvolutionPOP.com, promotion. 2. Subject to rule (4) below, all participants must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to participate in promotions involving concert venues that require attendees to be at least 18 years old to enter. 3. Subject to rule (4) below, all participants must be at least 21 years old to be eligible to participate in promotions involving venues that require attendees to be at least 21 years old to enter. 4. One entry per individual will be permitted to participate in a promotion. If it is determined that a selected participant is ineligible as a result of restrictions, another participant will be selected. This selection procedure will continue until these restrictions are satisfied. 5. Anytime the SportsTownchicago.com/TheEDGEOAIR.com/EvolutionPOP.com, on-air studio is called it is assumed by the caller that the phone call is being recorded and may be broadcasted. The caller grants permission to SportsTownchicago.com/TheEDGEOAIR.com/EvolutionPOP.com, to broadcast the call or record the call for later broadcast. a. For telephone giveaways, listeners may enter by calling 630-916-1700. If any problems are discovered by SportsTownchicago.com/TheEDGEOAIR.com/EvolutionPOP.com,, different call-in numbers or addresses may be substituted and utilized. In the event a caller is disconnected during a promotion before his/her name and phone number is recorded, the giveaway will be awarded to the next caller whose name and phone number are recorded. The person operating the telephone at SportsTownchicago.com/TheEDGEOAIR.com/EvolutionPOP.com, has the final decision as to who is the winning caller. b. In regard to the Internet stream of the radio station, programming may be delayed affecting promotion participating. 6. For promotions entered through SportsTownchicago.com/TheEDGEOAIR.com/EvolutionPOP.com, social media outlets, all entries become property of SportsTownchicago.com/TheEDGEOAIR.com/EvolutionPOP.com,. SportsTownchicago.com/TheEDGEOAIR.com/EvolutionPOP.com, reserves the right to retain any or all promotion materials for any reason that SportsTownchicago.com/TheEDGEOAIR.com/EvolutionPOP.com, deems necessary to the completion of the promotion, or reasons relating to publicity and/or promotion. SportsTownchicago.com/TheEDGEOAIR.com/EvolutionPOP.com, shall have no responsibility for a participant’s failure to win or claim any giveaway based on difficulties with telephone, email, Internet difficulties, or any other circumstances in any promotion. 7. Any specific rule(s) and/or restriction(s) pertaining to individual promotions will be disclosed in on-air announcements. 8. Giveaways such as tickets or gift cards will be mailed to the winners when feasible. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the participant’s right to claim or receive the giveaway(s). 13. - No purchase necessary; Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and reside within the continental United States; Enrolled students and employees of the contest Sponsor and their families are not eligible to enter; Contest is void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law.
- Entrants agree that they may be contacted by the contest Sponsor as a condition for entering the contest.
- Entry is limited to one entry per person.
- Contest begins Thursday March 2nd_and ends on _Wednesday March 16th at 5pm CT central time.
- (Jim Kelly / Jordan Howard meet and greet) : ONE (1) prizes will be awarded, value up to $99.
